I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff members were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. I loved how they drove me to the nearby mart when I felt hungry late at night. The breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from - I really enjoyed the Indonesian style Nasi Goreng. Also, the room was clean, and the air conditioner was in excellent condition. The hotel had beautiful grounds which were perfect for relaxing in, and the location was perfect as it was close to the beach, and also away from the main road.
Nothing, it is perfect!

Cheap, staff were friendly
We checked out two days before we planned two. Door with a neighbouring room was of such low quality that you could actually look to see your sleeping neighbour through through the gaps between the cardboard looking boards it consisted of. Every 60 seconds (yes I counted) a terrifying low frequency hum from a water pump or something would keep us awake. This sound is all over the building by the way.

Nice territory, staff is quite friendly, especially one guy (unfortunately don't know his name) is always smiling :) thanks for restaurant staff, they helped us to cook using hotel's kitchen.
Internet is only in the lobby and restaurant area:(, its not a big deal to provide all the territory and rooms with it, isn't it?; Ants in room didn't really make us happier. Breakfast is just standart for that kind of hotels... And of course common problem for Bali as a whole - very few staff feel confident with english.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. The location in a peaceful Balinese garden was absolutely stunning. The rooms were well maintained and had a lovely garden right outside, providing a serene atmosphere. The staff were attentive and the service was top-notch. I also loved the breakfast options that were included, with four delicious choices to start the day.
All was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Lovely hotel and Spa that was great value.
We actually checked out two days early but only because a school group arrived and took over the place. Worth checking that one direct with the hotel as it turned a perfect hideaway into holiday hell.

The staff were very helpful assisting with every need we had for our single night stay.
The room is not as good as expected, however, it is adequate for a night or two. When you take into account that this is Bali, the nightly rate of $55 with the room offering does align, otherwise, I'd peg it at $40 a night value. The breakfast was very good. They need to put routers in the hallway enabling guest to use the wi-fi instead of heading out to the public point. That is my recommendation, as it is a very inexpensive one, that will deliver ROI for the hotel. SGS, MBA, SPHR

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy hotel just a stone's throw away from the beach. the hotel's free shuttle service made it easy for us to explore popular local attractions including Sangur beach and the surrounding neighborhoods. the rooms were cozy, with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that provided all of the necessary amenities. the staff was always available, ensuring that our breakfasts were tasty and fresh. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beautiful gardens.
The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and only worked well in certain areas of the hotel.

The room was large and clean. Location was quiet though far from Sanur and Denpasar. Breakfast was very adequate. The shuttle service/timings to/fro Sanur was convenient for shoppers.
The bathroom door couldn't close. The sole electrical outlet was at the bathroom and not located at a dry place for rechargers. There were inadequate (five) clothes hangers for use in the wardrobe and no clothesline at the bathroom. The tv set was unable to handle dual sound channels.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful Balinese garden, allowing for a tranquil and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the garden is evident, with beautiful flowers adding to the overall charm of the place. The rooms provide a lovely view of the garden, making it a pleasant sight to wake up to. Additionally, the breakfast options offered are varied and satisfying.
No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

A perfect place to start your visit to Bali. We relaxed here for two days to recover from jet lag before starting to see the rest of the island. The pool is great, the spa is good and the food have large and great portions. The staff is also very friendly and the pick-up service from the airport was working very good.
Location was about 10 minutes driving, but the transfer service was working fine and otherwise a taxi was just about 2-3 USD to Sanur center. The payment was the problem. We were supposed to pay in USD, but they could only take Rupiahs if you pay by VISA. For this they have a very bad change rate (9000 rupiahs). All hotels on Bali use this exhange rate so we recommend you to bring USD. Since they also add 3 % VISA Charge you will have to pay around 8 % more than the price stated on Booked.net. They let us eventually pay the exchange rate 8500 (the real rate) after some arguments.

Great breakfast with amazing juices and Balinese dishes. The pool area had a fantastic view and was always quiet so peaceful to relax. The shuttle bus was an excellent and free service to get in town although the hotel is a bit far away. , I loved that the hotel has an outdoor gym to use during my stay.
The bathroom was smelly and the bed sheets had stains on them. , the room, in general, was poorly maintained and needed some updates.
